The first session is a welcoming conversation. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to achieve, and how we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Sessions typically last around 50 minutes. We’ll collaborate to find a schedule and rhythm that support your growth and healing.
Yes. Protecting your privacy is a top priority. Everything you share in therapy is kept confidential, with very few exceptions required by law, such as safety concerns. I’ll always review confidentiality policies with you so you feel informed and supported.
Yes. I accept insurance through Headway, which helps make therapy more affordable and accessible. I also offer private pay options if you prefer to work directly without insurance. During a consultation, we can talk about what option feels right for you.
